About the Project
In November 2024, Rintaro, along with his two fellow filmmakers Shuto and Kai, collaborated with Hong Kongese luxury hotel brand Hotel ICON to create a set of photos and short form content for social media use.
Hotel ICON, situated in Hong Kong's vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui district, is a distinctive luxury hotel wholly owned by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). The 28-story hotel features 262 guestrooms, including 26 suites, all designed with contemporary aesthetics and offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour.
Filming required a very dynamic and efficient approach.
The entire project was completed within 2 hours of on-site pre-production , and less than 48 hours of actual filming.
